Callaway Gardens, Pine Mountain, GA
2007 – American Society of Landscape Architects, Georgia Chapter Award of Excellence
Breedlove Land Planning produced a 40-page master plan that proposes design scenarios for the various types of development that will allow the overall 1500-acre project to exceed the stormwater quality and quantity requirements of even the most stringent regulations.

Department of Natural Resources Data Office Building, Walton County, GA
2007 – American Society of Landscape Architects, Georiga Chapter Honor Award
Breedlove Land Planning designed a sustainable site program that met credits to obtain a LEED® Gold certification. The design includes a pervious parking lot, bioretention, and a wet pond, all designed to improve stormwater quality while controlling site runoff and stormwater discharge.

Milton High School, City of Alpharetta, GA
2006 – American Society of Landscape Architects, Georiga Chapter Merit Award
This school site design includes over 40 bioretention cells, a wet pond to harvest irritation water, sports fields, plazas, parking, and a magnificent new football stadium.

When the time came to rennovate the Legion Field parking lot, Breedlove Land Planning was retained to develop a sustainable design solution. Stormwater is treated through a series of bioretention cells and porous paving.
